Good afternoon Coram Deo!!
Resurrection Sunday is less than two weeks away and it's a great opportunity to invite others to come check out Coram Deo. The message will be from 1 Corinthians 1:18 - "For the word of the cross is foolishnes to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God."
I sent everyone a graphic earlier today via text. The idea is to add a personal note and invitation to it (including our location however you think it's best described - the address is 1602 N. Dusquesne Rd.) and forward the graphic to friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, on facebook, etc.
I've attached that graphic below as well as an additional graphic with the address on it if you prefer one that already has the address. If you've been pryaing for someone to come to know the Lord, know someone who needs to "re-connect" with church, or are just looking for an opportunity to engage with someone in a spiritual manner, this is a great opportunity for that. I've sent it to several that I know. Some are saved, some are unchurched, one is an atheist. We'll see how it all unfolds and what the Lord does with our invitations.
I'm really looking forward to the next couple of Sundays! This week, we're finishing the introduction to 1 Corinthians with Paul's explanation of the firm foundation we have in Jesus, the Potluck Luch after worship, and next week's Resurrection Celebration!! God has so abundantly blessed me and my family through you all and our new church! I look forward to it every time we meet whether it's Sunday morning, Wednesday night, Family Groups, or other events and activities.
Keep praying for our church and for the Lord to continue working both in and through each of us!
Soli Deo Gloria!
Pastor Rob
